This book was pretty good. Although all the strategies were right on, there was nothing really new, and the truth is, if you're so stressed out, you can't really implement most of them anyway. However, it's well-laid-out and thoughtful. I just wish these types of authors would realize that usually, by the time you're reading the book, you're not in a place to get right to it. It would be great if there was a lead-in part, where it shows you how to get from "completely out of your mind" to "Okay, I can actually try some of this."

Anyway, good pointers, easy to understand, if not a tad bit repetitive.

This book was a good and quick read that provided me with more tools to combat my anxiety.

The personal touch to the literature makes it far more relatable than other self-help books. There's also a list of books that can further home your skills!

This book allowed me to see that even though I feel stressed at times, my level of anxiety and stress is typical. it has many different questionnaires to answer to help you see where your level of anxiety is. then the book goes into detail about ways to cope and overcome those anxiety. I would highly recommend this book if you are looking for ways to work through your stress and anxiety.
